โŒ if you are spiritual, you are different from others.

โŒMindfullness is only meditation, and has nothing to do with your days, habits, or actions.

โŒYou should already be there, you should have/been more

โŒyou are not good enough, you don't have enough experience

โŒto be spiritual and mindful you have to be "pure" and "holy"

โŒyou can only practise mindfulness and meditation in a quiet space

โŒyou have to be always happy and positive

๐‡๐ž๐ซ๐ž'๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ซ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐:

๐ŸŒปBeing mindful and at peace is a quality that can be achieved by everyone, and it's not related to their beliefs on spirituality. (we are all energetic beings living a human experience)

๐ŸŒปMindfullness and meditation are tightly related, but they are not only practised/applied when you are sitting on your meditation pillow. You can act from mindfulness and have a mindful lifestyle, where you are present in each moment instead that going around on autopilot

.

๐ŸŒปEvery moment you are exactly where you are meant to be to learn something new. If you haven't reached the goal you wanted, doesn't mean that you are not working to go there. Comparing yourself with the idea of yourself is a waste of energy and the perfect way to keep you stuck

.

๐ŸŒปEvery new practice takes time to be built and mastered. Little steps every day is better than no steps at all.

๐ŸŒปwhat you eat and consume impacts your life, and it's important for your well-being to be well-nourished. It's not about pure-holy, more than your state of mind and emotions are a reflection of your energy and wellbeing. It's more challenging to be centred and calm when the body is in pain, or too tired. Especially at the beginning of the journey

๐ŸŒปA calm place surely helps, but it's not always necessary. You can practice wherever you are, in every moment. You can take a conscious deep breath when the traffic light is red, and there is your mindfulness practice. It doesn't have to be more complicated than necessary.

emotions come and go, and so does happiness. Being centred and at ease in life doesn't mean you are always happy. It means that on days you are not happy, it doesn't bother you. You know that "๐’•๐’‰๐’Š๐’” ๐’•๐’๐’ ๐’”๐’‰๐’‚๐’๐’ ๐’‘๐’‚๐’”๐’”".
