𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐲?
You finally booked that treatment for yourself, and you are ready to unplug for, let's say, one hour?
Maybe you booked a night somewhere to change the environment and have space to breathe
You are going to treat yourself, take some time for self-care and self-love
You booked that reading, knowing that you will get some helpful answers and hopefully you will be able to move forward with more clarity.
You should feel excited, filled with love for yourself, and even proud for setting up healthy boundaries for your wellness.

But, you don't feel it. You feel the opposite.
Guilt for not working, or for taking your time.
Guilt for spending money on yourself.
Fear because you don't know what happens during healing, or you feel a bit awkward asking questions.
Fear and anxiety and you don't even know why.
And you end up believing that relaxation and self-love are scary, difficult things.
Well, that's definitely not true.
What can be scary is doing something new. Only because somewhere in your life you decided to believe that you should have everything already figured out!
Who told you that? Did they actually have everything figured out themselves?

Quality of life skyrockets when you can flow gracefully through your days.
You get tons of stuff done, and quite successfully because you are focus and not distracted by extra baggage on your shoulders.
You finally enjoy quality time in all the areas of your life. In your job, with your friends, with your friends, during your hobbies.
You feel satisfied with your life
Is it really that scary to think you can reach that point?
